belly bandit in hot weather

hey fellow moms , just wondering if anyone is finding it hard to use belly bandit in hot weather because i live in a warm climate area and the bandit causes itchiness and a lot of sweat on my belly( i think the sweat is a good thing though).... any one else having such problems n how do you deal with it ?

    I wear a microfibre tank under mine and it helps with the sweating :)

    I never wear mine outside the house for this reason. I also haven't been wearing it at night bc I get SO hot while sleeping (I run hot and we used to keep our house at 65 degrees at night, but we're keeping it at 70 for the baby and I'm sleeping in just a bra and underwear and sheets and am still dying of heat!). So I probably am getting zero benefits from it haha.
