I had one of the worst days so far yesterday. Left work early and threw up over 5 times. I have been in bed for over 15 hours now and actually feel like today might not be so bad. I've tried crackers, ginger, accupuncture, etc and I'm beginning to think that a ton of sleep might be the best remedy. Anyone else experience this? Not to say I'm ready to go out and run a marathon or anything, but I don't think I'll be hugging the toilet quite so much

I'm becoming okay with sleep as the remedy. After a few failed attempts at listening to my body, I'm just going to start going with how it nudges me the rest of the trimester.
