  My 7 week old baby done the same thing my pedi said if you don't see a difference right away with the drops it's not working I would lay my baby flat on the floor and Bicycle his legs he would still seem real fussy but I kept doing it and after a while he stopped crying and liked it. now I can't say that made him stop because after my pedi said it would be best i stop breastfeeding and get on formula they switch his milk five other times and put him in diff medicine so some of those meds could have helped but at the time it helped him also I gave him water not a lot but I did some warm water just like people baby like a good glass of water #goodluck

  It might not be the gas, although formula won't be helping there as they take in more bubbles. They also get fussy when they're having a growth spurt, google it. My daughter physically beats my breast and gets super fussy - all she needs is to be taken off and have her position changed. It can take time and be very disheartening, but persevere and you'll have a happy baby. I also find she does it when she's overtired.

  According to La Leche League babies sometimes get frustrated and seem fussy during feeding if your let down us too forceful. Try feeding baby with their head positioned slightly above the breast and give them breaks periodically.

  My baby boy cries during feedings occasionally as well. I first try burping but he also does it when he is over tired. I don't usually give him a pacifier but this happened last night and after I calmed him down a little I have him the pacifier and it seemed to help him fall asleep.

  My six week old baby does this also sometimes. I've found that the gas drops don't really work for her but gripe water does. It also helps to give her the gripe water as soon as I notice the fussiness. I noticed the longer I wait to give it to get the longer she's fussy.
  Side note, secretbaba had a good point about the growth spurt. I downloaded the app The Wonder Weeks and it tells you when babies typically go through certain developments. So far I've found it to be helpful because she does seem to get fussier during those times. It gives me peace of mind knowing that it's not something I've done wrong. Hope this helps!

  My baby cries during feelings too. She is exclusively breastfed. I found that she is crying for one of two reasons: 1. Overtired 2. OALD
  
  If she's overtired, over upset, or overstimulated, then she'll be fussy at the end of a feeding and root around as if she cannot find the nipple even though it's in her mouth! When this happens, I just hold her against my chest, turn on the white noise and rock her in a chair or walk around and sway and bounce. She'll be out in a minute!
  
  If she's upset because of my over active letdown, she'll scream during the beginning and middle if eating. When this happens, once again, I calm her down by putting her to my chest and rocking or bouncing. I also take the time to burp her at this point. I omit the white noise because I'm not looking to put her to sleep. I also let my milk run until it goes from spraying to dripping. I may even express some to make sure it doesn't just spray again when she re-latches.
