    Cycle Status: Day 7 of BCP.  Had our IVF nursing consult and mock transfer today.  Everything went smoothly and it's looking like if I respond to the meds the way I hope retrieval would be the first week in June.

    Cycle Status:  Pregnancy was confirmed to be ectopic last Wednesday so I had my first (and hopefully last) dose of MTX.  I had to get blood work done over the weekend while we were in Houston and they base that beta off of my beta today to see if I'm going to need a second dose.  Soooo I am officially benched for 3 months because of the MTX shot.  My doctor wants to repeat the c-section scar surgery one more time before we use our last fresh IVF cycle.  He thinks if he goes in one more time it will make a difference.  Surgery will be on Friday June 12th and then I'll have a few months to heal and am hoping to be on for an August IVF cycle.

    QOTW:  I have so many favorite movies...most anything from the 80s, 16 Candles, Can't Buy Me Love...

    3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15
    Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015
    2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN
    MOVING TO ADOPTION!

    Cycle status:
    IUI #3 this afternoon. I have 3 good follies and high estrogen. I feel ovulation on a regular cycle, medicated cycle O is killer and def not looking forward to it.

    QOTW: not big on movies/television. If I can manage to sit still long enough to watch, I'd pick weather/climate/whatif movies- the day after tomorrow, twister, 2012.

    H has suddenly decided he is not ready for FET of our CCS blasts.

    So transfer has been put off.

    He says possibly in a year or two, I will be 40 then and will have to repeat tests all test at my clinic so likely double :(

    So I will sadly be signing off, this is too sad for me, I hope to be back at some point.

    If anyone has questions about azoospermia, CCRM, DOR, multiple failed IVF's, miscarriage after IVF etc. feel free to PM me, I will check from time to time.

    @Frenchteachermama, ((HUGE HUGS)) I hope you don't need a second MTX shot!  Best of luck with your surgery.  It sounds like you have a good plan in place.

    @efhoping2010, ((HUGE HUGS))  I can't imagine what I would do if I had gone through everything, had two CCS tested embryos and then my husband told me he wasn't ready to transfer.  Thinking of you and hoping he changes his mind.

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN

    Status: Really never going to happen - I spoke with my RE this morning. He & my surgeon chatted after my mock transfer on Friday (which left me sore all weekend) showed a barely thicker lining, newish scarring, and still no access to the top part of my uterus. They have decided that it is time for me to start thinking about other options for having a child. It will likely take several more surgeries to remove all the scarring, especially if it is coming back, and the likelihood I would be able to carry a child is slim. I will set an appointment to talk to the surgeon next week and figure out what is next, but I need to figure out what my husband wants to put up with. He has been fairly hands off at this point since all the issues are with me and he just wants me healthy and happy. 

    The RE did say that I can stop pursuing all of this if I wish with little effect on my body. They can also put me on BC to at least replace some of the hormones I am missing, but if I am not going to try to have more children, there isn't much point. I got all this news while sitting at work. So I am sitting here on my new project already doing the bare minimum to keep myself sane. I think I will leave a bit early today.

    @frenchteachermama , I really hope this next three months does the trick for you. I know the setbacks become unbearable but you are keeping a good outlook, and I admire that.

    @efhoping2010, is it OK if I say I have no words for you? I can't believe you've come this far to have your H put it on hold. Has the pressure of IF put a toll on him and you both? Maybe couples counseling? My DH and I just started because we've been through a lot this year and could use some tools for coping.

    @fuzzbumble , super duper big yays for you!!! This is wonderful news and I am so happy. Thinking many good thoughts in advance of your FET in June.

    Cycle Status: CD 6 - we are doing another medicated cycle. I'm on day 3 of my letrozole and go in for my ultrasound next Tuesday. I'm nervous because we have already had three miscarriages (including on while on medication) but while we are deciding and getting information about IVF, I'm not ready to stop. Ready to be past this trying stage and onto the next phase. It's been a rough couple of weeks. 

    QOTW: What is your favorite movie? I love all the Harry Potter movies and Marvel movies. But I tend to watch Julie & Julia when I'm really having a tough time. Although Emma (the BBC version which is technically a mini-series) is at the top.

    CD one million! (I don't ovulate). I am now 4 weeks away from my IVF appointment on June 10th and I am getting nervous and more excited. I am down 27.8 lbs since January and have about 10 more to go until a healthy BMI. That is my goad before my appointment.

    IUI #6 -Follitism IUI cycle converted to IVF and back to IUI-4 mature, 3 maybe mature = BFP!!   DS Born 9/2014
    TTC#2 
    IVF #1 9/15 Antagonist- 19 R 1F (Frozen day 1 @ 2PN stage) Diagnosed with SER aggregates in 13/19 eggs after failed fertilization
    IVF #2 11/15 Antagonist w/ICSI  (Higher stims & Letrosole added last minute on stim day 7)- 39R, 24M (20/24 SER free), 15F (14/15 SER free & all frozen @ 2PN stage) 
    FET#1 Cultured all 16- 2pn embryos to day 5- transferred 1 good hatching blast and 1 early blast on 1/28- None to freeze - beta 2/5
