TTC after 35

Re-Intro (child mentioned)

Hi-
I had introduced myself here just earlier in April, but I found out that I was pregnant a few days later-- then I had a miscarriage this weekend.  I pretty much knew it was going in a bad direction before I even got my BFP because I was bleeding the whole time (just spotting for a while and then it all went downhill).  I was still hopeful and very sad that it ended the way it did.  So, I hope I can rejoin you ladies as I continue on my quest...
A little about me- I will be 37 in June, I have a 3 year old son and I live in NJ.  I conceived my son naturally and have been struggling with Secondary IF for a year and a half.  I recently found out that I have a blocked fallopian tube and scarring on my uterus.  My doctor said today that even if I am successful at getting pregnant, the scarring will make it very difficult for implantation.  I am seeing an RE this week to explore other options.  I am just feeling really sad about the loss of this pregnancy and the overall idea that I am getting older and getting pregnant seems so far out of reach.  I know I am in good company with all of you and I hope we all have nice stories to share soon.
