Do any moms have any successful tips for dealing with hip and pelvic pain? I exercise regularly, but with my joints relaxing, have been having a lot of pain in all of my hip/pelvic joints especially after exercise. I normally have very lax ligaments, so it's just become more extreme. Has anyone used a maternity belt with any success? Or do you have any other tips or tricks to help relieve the pain? I've been using a pregnancy pillow to sleep to help keep my body aligned, but that's about it. I'd really like to find something to help, since I know it's only going to get worse as I get bigger!
