A GIRL!!!!

I had a feeling since the moment I found out I was pregnant that this one was a girl. Everything was the complete opposite of when I was pregnant with DS. I had to share with you guys because we are keeping it a secret until after DS birthday on the 21st. I just couldn't hold it in!!!!

Congratulations! I'm so jealous I want to know what I'm having but I won't find out until hopefully next Monday (if the baby is cooperating). I feel like it has to be a girl. I've actually had 5 separate dreams that I am having a girl.

We found out Saturday we are having a girl, too!! We did all the old wives tale tests and were so certain we would be having a boy. Surprise!! So excited for ribbons and bows!!

We found out by going to an ultrasound boutique, @jennakraemer
You can usually tell by about 14 weeks for sure! They just don't usually do ultrasounds again at the dr until 20 week appointments.

I'm 13w4d. We had our first trimester screening today and the tech was able to tell. We found out we were having a boy two years ago at the same test with DS.

Congrats! We're also having a girl!
We found out through the MaterniT21 chromosomal test (a simple blood draw) they can do at 10 weeks. It's generally offered to us old ladies (35+) or others who would be indicated for genetic screenings. It's more accurate than an u/s. So I guess there are benefits to being "old"!
