Foods you love but baby hates

i freaking love hot sauce ! And anything spicy ! But everytime I eat I eat it now I throw up . Baby must not like it and I'm going to need for him to get with the program lol . Grrrrr :(

  • I loooooove Chinese food! Could eat it every day before... now that I'm pregnant.. I can't even think about it. Also.. I've always hated ice cream.. I'm just not a fan.. but since I've been pregnant.. I feel the need to eat chocolate ice cream every night.

  • I can't handle spicy foods either. Every other pregnancy i loved it. This baby is not having it at all. I buy tamed jalepenos but it's not helping.
  • Pickled beets.  I was wanting them for quite a while.  Finally managed to get them and then couldn't keep them down.  :(

  • I used to love everything spicy, tacos and pizza! Now I cant eat them. I hate the smell of pizza and everytime I try to eat tacos or something spicy ish, I throw up!!! I will just have to wait some time to eat those things again . . .

    I love cheese sandwiches and for the first time last night I threw one up.. I hope it was a one time thing I love my cheese ! Also I hated grape juice and cranberry juice but now that's all I want/ crave! It's weird.
  • Fried chicken, fish, and pork chops. No fried food please! O how I miss it...

    Anything sweet! cookies, brownies, cakes, chocolate- anything with frosting will not make it passed my mouth. Baby is NOT having it. and Coffee

    but i NEED fruit and OJ every day.

  • Milk. I love milk, especially in my cereal. It became taboo for me by about 7 weeks in. I'm just now able to enjoy my nighttime bowl of Cheerios again

  • @rms924 are you having a girl?? I'm also a chocolate and candy addict. I've been known to eat chocolate bars for breakfast.. but since I've been pregnant.. all I think about is fruit. Bananas, apples, cantaloupes, mangos.. and I can't eat any sweets at all!
  • Wine, chicken and pizza. So annoying.

  • Avocados for me too. I literally used to just cut them and eat them with a spoon. I tried it on my toast again after my fiasco with it a few months ago and it. Was. AWFUL. Makes me so sad. I finally started to be able to eat tomatoes again.
  • Anything sugary. :( Well except fruit.

    Spicy stuff is out. Lots of tomato sauce gives me horrific heartburn. And the texture of most fruits is gross. :(

    Eggs Benedict. I crave this dish often but every time i eat it i vomit.. :(
  • Hummus everytime I try it.... Baby must say heck no because out it comes :(

    Anything with lots of suger. Even some fruits are a no go for me.
  • Mussels. We harvested a TON of mussels and made the most DELICIOUS dinner with them (our close friends are marine biologists) and I had one and felt terrible. I forced a few more down as to not offend anyone but it was miserable. On the other hand spicy has been great so far! *knock on wood*

    Pita chips give me the worst heart burn. I also love spicy food and have a sweet tooth but so does baby! I got lucky :P
  • Regular mozzarella cheese sticks......... Marble jack ones are ok still!!!
