i need some ideas I can bring to work to eat.... I have no idea what to eat for lunch I know this isn't healthy but I was just gonna bring a can of spaghetti and meatballs for lunch..... I can't think of easy stuff..... Plus I'd bring my usual granola bar, Apple, and some Cheezits in case nausea strikes..

Organic pretzels
Yogurt
she also said to strictly eat every 2 hours
she suggested:
hummus and veggies
cheese and crackers
crackers and pb
greek yogurt (more protein)
cottage cheese and strawberries
for meals she said chicken parm, spaghetti with meat sauce, or even a mild chili because of the beans!
Multigrain nachos and mild salsa
More fruit strawberries and bananas!
Vegetables, broccoli and carrots
More bananas
Smoothies with kale, peaches, cauliflower and bananas
Lots of fruit and veggie juices!
Veggie burgers mm and everything multigrain.
