Healthy fast snacks

i need some ideas I can bring to work to eat.... I have no idea what to eat for lunch I know this isn't healthy but I was just gonna bring a can of spaghetti and meatballs for lunch..... I can't think of easy stuff..... Plus I'd bring my usual granola bar, Apple, and some Cheezits in case nausea strikes..

  • I'm currently surviving on almonds, popcorn, hummus (double checking for listeria outbreaks, of course), and cheese sticks. I eat more snacks, not so much meals.

  • That's how I am, can't eat a lot at one time but I'm hungry every 2-3 hours.... Cheese sticks prob wouldn't help w my constipation lol I've thought about that... And I stocked up on pop corn! Yummy!
  • My favorite snacks are instant oatmeal, fruit, granola bars, crackers and yogurt.  For lunch, I pre-make salads on Sunday night for the week. I just divide out a bag of salad, cut up veggies and cut up chicken tenders into 5 containers and then pour different dressings into 5 smaller containers.  It's cheap, quick and easy  :)

    Heres what i like:
    Carrots with some hummus or light ranch dressing
    Celery with peanut butter
    Toast
    Fruit
    Organic pretzels
    Yogurt



  • I had to call my dr this morning because I havent been feeling well all day... and she suggested I may not be eating enough protein!
    she also said to strictly eat every 2 hours

    she suggested:
    hummus and veggies
    cheese and crackers
    crackers and pb
    greek yogurt (more protein)
    cottage cheese and strawberries

    for meals she said chicken parm, spaghetti with meat sauce, or even a mild chili because of the beans!

  • I went to the store and got a lot of these items! Here was my lunch haha... (I've been craving cherry tomatoes so bad!) (plus I found low fat Greek yogurt that looks tasty, and watermelon & don't forget the pickles ;) That's a cheese sandwich btw no lunch meat here! Although I was tempted....
  • Well i just blew my whole healthy thing to hell...had an egg and cheese croisonic and cinnasnacks and a tea with lemon ugh

    Fruit, yogurt & granola
    Multigrain nachos and mild salsa
    More fruit strawberries and bananas!
    Vegetables, broccoli and carrots
    More bananas
    Smoothies with kale, peaches, cauliflower and bananas
    Lots of fruit and veggie juices!
    Veggie burgers mm and everything multigrain.
