2nd Trimester

Officially in the 2nd trimester!

This still doesn't feel real to me. Anyone else still feel like their pregnancy hasn't hit them yet?

Yeah since the symptoms have subsided I feel less pregnant and it's weird to kind of feel normal aside from being hungry all the time

  • Other than some symptoms, such as acne, sometimes I don't feel as if I am pregnant!  Guess its because we are in the "between" stages where our bellies aren't really big and we can't feel much.  Its nice to look at the ultrasound picture to remind myself I have a bun in the oven!   I have genetic issues, where my sister and brother both passed away as babies, one from Anacephaly, so I freak out sometimes wondering if the baby is okay. Its hard when you can't feel them kick and know for a fact that they are okay.
I just stay positive, wait till the Dr. Appointment and keep my hopes up.
I totally agree Sduodu, don't forget peeing all the time haha.

  • One of the cool things I found searching online is this:

You can listen to your baby's heartbeat at home without any special knowledge, so for $36 you don't have to wait for the next appointment or later in your pregnancy to know s/he's okay.
