Temping after mc?

Technically we are not TTC yet. We were told to wait a cycle first. I'm temping though to know when to expect AF. I'm 19 days post mc and my chart is all over the place. I really can't make heads or tails of it. It will drop and spike leading me to believe I ovulated and then just drop the next day. I had a mmc which I induced with meds. Not sure if that affects the next cycle differently than a natural mc or d&c or not. Anyone else have a crazy chart after a mc?

    Mine was doing that too. I googled post d&c bbt charts and I found one that looks almost exactly like mine.  Here's a link to it if you want to see.

    BFP 8/29/15      •  CP (age 37)
    BFP 11/18/15  •  DD born at 41 weeks <3(age 37/38)

    BFP 10/18/17  •  MMC found at 8 wks  •  Misoprostal at 10.5 wks (age 39)

    BFP 4/13/18      •  CP (age 39)
    BFP 5/07/18  •  MMC found at 10.5 wks  •  D&E at 11.5 wks      •  Testing showed it was a girl with Trisomy 22. (age 39/40)
    9/5/18 Diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve (4-5 follicles, one ovary had none and was very atrophied)
    RE says the low egg count is likely causing my recurrent pregnancy loss. Less eggs results in more aneuploidy.

    BFP 5/11/19  •  Fraternal twins  •  MMC found at 10w5d (Baby A 6w, Baby B 10w)  •  Misoprostal at 11 weeks (age 41)

    Mine looks like a mountain range too. According to my chart I still don't think I've ovulated and I'm on day 30 after my D&C but I'm not sure.
    BFP 2/11/15 (EDD 10/13/15). MMC 3/30/15 D&C 4/3/15 "We will always love you"

    @bntfroggie, do you use Fertility Friend? I've tried a few different sites and that one seems to work the best. If you haven't tried it, maybe it can pick an ovulation date from your mountain range. --Mine is mountain rangy as well but there was an overall trend of high temps going low and getting high again.

    @CarrieandRoy I do use fertility friend, but even the app doesn't know what is going on with me. I do know about where I was ovulating before so we will just shoot for that window. I actually think I will temp vaginally next cycle, I read a little about it and it sounds better to me.

    @bntfroggie same here, fertility friend hasn't picked up any indication of ovulation in my mountain ranges. I'm on day 20. Before, I ovulated on day 14-16 depending on the cycle. I'm wondering if I just won't ovulate this cycle. I've read that can happen after a mc.

    I never really had the opportunity to locate a pattern, I stopped birth control in November, then was really sick with a 102 fever around ovulation time in December, and then must have just hit the nail on the head in January that was around day 19, so I have no clue what my cycle is supposed to look like.  I guess we will find out.  I'm really glad I still have all my records from fertility friend to look back on.

    Fertility Friend set my cover line really low this time. Only 4 of the last 23 temps are under it. I thought maybe my EWCM was making it think I ovulated, so I removed that and it kept the same ovulation day. The fact that it picked the day that I had suspected gives it a bit of credibility, but my temps are very wonky this month.

    I got pregnant on my second month of TTC last time, so I just have temps of the last week of the first cycle, and my pregnancy cycle. (Plus this post-d&e cycle.) I guess I don't know what is normal for me, either.
