Where to buy bras in huge sizes?

According to my measurements, I should now be wearing a 36H! My pre-preg size was 34DDD. I have no idea where to even buy that size!?! Will my boobs get even bigger when I deliver and am nursing?? All I know is I can't keep trying to cram these things in my current bras!!

Department stores. I normally get mines from Nordstrom although they are pretty pricey. They usually have them there in stock so I can try them on and not guess with online ordering. But you can also try online ordering.

  • I'm a 34G and I go to Nordstrom. I know Dillard's had them too, just not in stock line Nordstrom. I hear they will get bigger when your milk comes in so be ready to buy more around the end of your pregnancy and after labor if you choose to breastfeed.
  • I just had to go from a 34 DD to a 36 E they didn't have a 34 F. I went to motherhood maternity store. They tend to carry bigger sizes and if not they can just order them for you. Not as pricey as Victoria Secret where I typically get bras was around 30 versus 50-70.
  • They will get a bit bigger, plus your band size will go up as your rib cage expands in 3rd tri, but it will go back down by a month postpartum. If you plan to BF, you could look at getting a nursing bra to get more use out of it. Many of them are designed to accommodate a change in size (because of engorgement). I like bravado bodysilk, supportive and comfortable, while allowing for change of shape. I was a 32FG when I got one last pregnancy, up to a 34 FG before delivery last time, and could wear a medium, and it fit for 6 months postpartum. I'm a 32C normally, up to 32DDD now and wearing a small. Motherhood doesn't carry a 32 band size around here, so I had to go to a specialty shop.

  • Lane Bryant has decent large sized bras for a fairly reasonable price. I'm pretty large not being pregnant and luckily enough I haven't gotten too huge yet! My favorite bra at LB is the balconette!
  • Lane Bryant has larger bras, but not typically smaller band sizes.  I need a 34ish even a 32 and they don't carry them and the 36s do NOT fit right. Even in the 36s they only have up to E it looks like.  I need like a 34 F and even that probably will be saggy in the band and spilling out the cups.  Smaller band size + bigger boobs = ugh.

  • Ugh the story of my life! I am a petite women with 34F prepregnancy bra size and now I am a 36H if not larger. I am so nervous they are going to keep growing because I am feeling horrible about myself in almost all tops I put on. Bras in larger sizes also tend to be so expensive. I lucked out and tried this one from Wacoal that have been working nicely and the price isn't bad at all.

Good luck! And at least you aren't alone and someone else feels your pain :(

I'd get ones that don't have underwires and can double as nursing bras...and yes your rib cage will expand during the last tri and contract during nursing so don't buy a ton :-(

  • I just went to destination maternity today and spent 60 dollars on a 36DD :( but it is the best fitting bra I have now and they have bigger sizes too
  • Destination Maternity had a deal recently that was "buy 3, get one free" so I got 4 bras for $75 (2 underwire, two soft, all nursing-friendly). I've gone from a 32 C to a 34 E already and I don't want them to get any bigger!!!

Nordstrom has a wonderful selection, and they are very helpful in finding the perfect fit for you. Also, they do nursing bra conversion when you are ready to BF...and they will even change it back to regular once your done!
  • Motherhood maternity has a sale right now buy 3 get one free! I got all 4 in the stretchy "sleep bras" in the size 1X and I'm the same size as you, they're perfect because they're stretchy and will grow with you, but they're also very supportive and have padding so they can be used as normal bras too!! I was ecstatic when I found them! Good luck girl :)
