This may sound like a dumb question, but I am so lost when it comes to bottles and pacifiers. Is one brand really better than another, or is it more of a baby preference thing? Does it not matter at all? Is there something I should know about one kind or another?
I am planning on registering for feeding supplies and pacis. Since I have to pick something to put on the registry, I want to make the "right" choice. Is there even such a thing?

Re: Question for BTDT moms about registry
We were lucky with dd she took the first kind we tried (playtex ventiaire or something like that I believe) but I've heard of many stories where baby refuses one kind (or several).
Same with pacis. If your baby actually takes to one, you might need to try a few.
I also registered for swaddling blankets, books, etc.
With pacifiers, my daughter loves the one from the hospital, avent rubbery ones. We bout a few wubbanubs, the paci with the animals attached. They were adorable and we never lost them.

We used Dr. Brown's and no paci because my daughter didn't take to them.
Thank you soooo much!! It's so nice having a team of experts on here!
