Low progesterone and a blocked Fallopian tube....what's next?

My pregnancy with my daughter was complicated(incompetent cervix, cerclage, bed rest) and now this! I'm at a lost for words and full of emotions. Is surgery and IVF my only options?
I fought so hard and long during my pregnancy. Why is that happening now? How am I going to pay for all of this?!

    Some insurance pays for ivf..
    Sorry to hear your struggles, I know how you feel. I'm on my 3 ivf and all 3 successful

    IVF is probably the answer but at least you have that option. There are low cost IVF clinics. I used one for this pregnancy. If you want details message me. Sorry about your bad news but it's not hopeless.
