Post delivery sex

I just want to take a quick poll. How long did it take for sex to be pain free after the doctor gave you the go ahead? I for one am not loving this post delivery, "you can finally have sex but oh btw it's going to suck" stage. Are we talking days? Weeks? Months?

    I waited three weeks after delivery. It hurt the first couple times and then it was fine. Everyone is different. It also depends how rough your delivery was, like if you tore, ect. It wasn't even painful as much as uncomfortable.

    I waited about 3 weeks. It wasn't painful, it was just really uncomfortable and awkward. By the time I was 5 weeks postpartum it was feeling pretty good again.

    4 weeks wasn't bad, a bit uncomfortable but not necessarily painful but I didn't tear during delivery
