So I was very shocked to feel pretty consistent and undeniable flutters since 10 weeks, however I'm now 15 weeks and I'm not getting much

Ugh..same thing here..i had been feeling consistent movement, i am now 17+3 and i have not felt any noteworthy movement in a week..i am so nervous, and my doctor has yet to hear the heartbeat on the dopler. We have had 2 good ultrasounds and another scheduled for the 12th, but until then i will worry.

When is your next scan or doctors appointment @Erin H89 ??

Don't worry! Most don't feel anything this early! My best friend is just now 23 weeks, has been feeling pretty consistent kicks for a few weeks, and sometimes will suddenly experience decreased movement from LO. Her doctor assured her that babies still have a ton of room to move around at that point, and even as far along as she is, he could be moving but she just isn't always feeling it due to that extra space.

I'm almost 18 weeks and only feel flutters and the occasional "roll" feeling when I lay down on my left side, at bedtime (usually 11pm or so)...often only if I have some cold water or OJ before laying down. But i've felt occasional flutters since the middle of my 13th week.

I haven't felt a single bit of movement yet and I'm 16 weeks. I'm hoping to feel something soon!
  • Thanks for that reassurance @adcoxmt :) I have my next appt May 14th I'm definitely not concerned about baby's health it's just an eagerness to feel those sweet movements. At our last two appts we were able to hear very strong heartbeats so I look forward to hearing another. I guess I should be patient right lol
  • My next scan is May 14th but I wish you the best! I wouldn't be too concerned, if your doctor hasn't given you reason to worry don't, and just think baby feels it all. I'm sure you're going to hear that beautiful heartbeat at your scan. :)
  • 17 weeks today and I'm pretty sure I felt the baby move last night! I thought I'd been feeling something for a few days but since I'm a FTM, it was hard to know. Last night I felt a thumb in the same area several times, my boyfriend even felt it! And no gas to follow so I'm thinking it must be the baby! Pretty exciting!
