35 weeks! Coconut? That's smaller than the last two fruits...
Baby movement has changed to protruding body parts and "pressure" vs kicks and thumps
Next Friday 5/8 is my next appt at 36 weeks. It is significant for me because I will need to stop flying and traveling more than 2 hours away ("baby jail" as one friend calls it!). So...
Flying tonight to go visit my BF from college and her baby! Spending weekend with her, then DH coming Tuesday and we spend the rest of the week seeking affordable neighborhoods in our new city/country (moving January 2016).
34 weeks today, butternut squash. Lots of movement, but I agree it's more like pressure than outright kicking. I didn't feel any different until I looked at two side by side pics of this week and a month ago and holy cow I'm huge. Next appointment is May 13 (crazy "dead babies" OB from last appt tried to tell me I had to come in every week from 33 on even though I have no complications or anything- I was like well the other Drs said every two weeks until 36 so I'm gonna go with that you loon) so I will be almost 36 weeks and will have my Group B strep test.
33 Weeks + 3 days. Baby weighs about 4.5 pounds per our Dr at our last appt on Wed!
Exhaustion doesn't even begin to explain how tired I am lately! Thank goodness for DH picking up the chores I've been slacking on
Next appointment is in two weeks, May 13. We sent in our hospital pre-registration this week! That was when I thought to myself, "Holy moly. This is really happening."
This weekend is our first baby shower. Excited to see everyone, but already exhausted at the thought of mingling for 4 hours.
how many weeks/size comparison? 35 weeks 3 days - baby's a coconut!
new/biggest symptom? Well, this week I've had my first real contractions, which was kind of alarming, so I'll go with that!
next appointment or major milestone? Next appointment is next Friday. This will begin my weekly visits.
weekend plans? Tonight DH and I are going out to one of our favorite restaurants to celebrate having been together for 6 years. We wouldn't celebrate this milestone now that we're married, but our first wedding anniversary is June 20 and I don't think we'll be able to really celebrate the way I'd like to at that point, even if LO is early. That will probably be a pizza and Netflix night, which I'm fine with... but I want one last nice night out before baby comes!
Nothing exciting happening this week, the baby's just plumping up!
I feel the baby moving so much more and it feels like it's getting a little cramped in there. He/She is definitely pushing on my right side awfully hard.
This weekend I'm having my first baby shower! Yay!
(Hi everyone, just to reiterate, the ticker change thread is for people starting a new week on that day). So theoretically there should be a ticker change thread every day of the week - anyone can start one so don't feel shy!)

Ehh I know... but I never feel like starting it and I like participating when others start them, even if my ticker hasn't changed on that day. So I do

Pizza and netflix sounds amazing
It's definitely one of my favorite ways to spend a night!
how many weeks/size comparison? 33 Weeks-- Holy Cow!
new/biggest symptom? It's official; she dropped. Translation = Major bag pain, even more frequent peeing, but at least I can breath again!
next appointment or major milestone? Next week heading in for my every-other-week check in. Will be my first time this pregnancy checking for dilation. I've been having a lot of labor-like contractions, so a little convinced my cervix might be doing something productive.
weekend plans? Nesting has hit, so I'm creating bebe's nursery, so to speak. Just moved into a new house, which means a lot of unpacking as well as sitting with my feet up. Took a (much sought after) bath last night...go me!

Also feeling more pressure and slower movements as she gets bigger... Braxton hicks and cramping arrive in the evening ... Tired all day
Next appointment they will swab for strep b and then weekly appointments begin... I really need to pre-register!
No major weekend plans except cleaning and a bridal shower... Also hopefully finding a swing set for DS... Oh and we are supposedly opening the pool!!
