I have my appt tomorrow to take cytotec. Nervous, anxious, and honestly scared.
Is there are correlation to how bad your regular period cramps are to how bad the cramps are when you take cytotec? If you have bad period cramps, are the cytotec cramps the same or worse? And if you dont' usually have period cramps, do you have a relatively pain-free experience with cytotec?
It's been somewhere between 1.5 - 2.5 weeks since the embryo stopped growing.
Hi @kimey1 I know you wrote this a few days ago, but I took the medication and my cramps were worse. I am used to horrible cramps I was used to those types of cramps. But mine were only bad that day. I had cramping mildly for the next two days, but was fine after that. Hope you are doing well.
Thank you @oxsarah7ox ! I guess I wrote to estimate the pain i would have. Turned out they were like my worst period cramps. Advil helped but the blue liquid Alieve pills did wonders. You were right. The day of was bad - my cramps began half an hour after the doc administered the pills - and the cramps were horrid. Im in recovery at home...praying the U/S tomorrow looks clean.
