Hi all
So I have a golden retriever and a maltipom. I am getting nervous at the idea of being able to go on walks with them and the baby and how to teach them better boundaries. They LOVE people, so they get over excited when people come over (jump and bark - the maltipom mostly). They also pull alot on the leash which I have been working on forever.
Anyone have experience or suggestions on what to do. I want this to be a good experience for everyone and I would LOVE to be able to take the babe and dogs on a walk at the same time. I also don't want the barking to wake up the baby.

Oh I am sorry to hear that! Sorry for your loss. I can relate, our Lhasa passed away at 18 in Nov and it was difficult.

I have already been working on reinforcing training and positive reinforcement. Any other ideas or experience to ensure that their dog aggression doesn't translate to baby aggression?
Just in case you wonder why, I'm a certified vet tech and behaviorist! With 3 dogs (pit bull x, lab x, border terrier) 5 cats, 3 horses, 15 ducks, and too many fish to count lol.
Good luck
