There are some imperfections... but its done and I'm so happy! ::patting self on the back:: Its the FIRST sewing project I've done (besides the super easy felt Christmas stocking for DS).
First, I am so proud of you! You did it! Way to go!
Second, it looks awsome! It obviously was not a simple project, and you have obviously been very patient.
It looks fantastic, and as long as you don't mention any flaws, I'm sure no one will even notice. They'll be too busy asking where you found such a fab bag!

I can't believe that was a first project for you. I got a sewing machine for my wedding over two years ago, and I haven't even taken it out of the box.
Thanks everyone! Sorry it took so long to reply back, a shower was a must and shaving is little more time consuming these days! LOL!
S+M a wet bag is a great idea! I am making a roll up changing pad that matches
firsttimemama: I ordered Amy Butler's Little Stitches for the pattern and instructions, its her Everything Bag. That book has TONS of cute stuff in it!
WHAT?!?!? how did I not know amy butler had a baby sewing book?!!?!? you are the best ever for posting this! Your bag looks awesome. I can't believe it's your second sewing project!

I also have this book and have been looking at making this bag -- what do you think of the size of it? Right now it's a tosssup for me between this one and the other one she shows that's more triangular-shaped and has the changing pad (it's on page 89 in the book). Your feedback, please!!
Also, not to be forgotten -- great job on this bag. It looks fabulous and I'm sure you're going to get a lot of great comments on it IRL!
