No appointment til May. Then, it's every two weeks. RAVE: The house process is moving forward. Hoping to be in by the end of May. Also things with the sister are greatly improving. And, just four more weeks of school left and then no work for me til November 5! So excited!

And, is there any character that creeps you out, your don't like or you really hope your LO won't like? Hhmmm. Why did I pick these questions, lol? I liked Scooby Doo and the Super Heros growing up, and a lot of Sesame Street. Winnie the Pooh is not my favorite because he complains way too much, lol. I always disliked Barney, but I think he's pretty much gone the way of, well, the dinosaur.

Feeling pretty crummy, picked up a virus somewhere along the way - chunky feeling in my throat for 2 days that gave way to post nasal drip and a for real nasty sore throat yesterday and today. Gave in and bought a Neti pot to rinse out my nose / sinus and hopefully curb some of this post nasal drip. Just tried it - weird, but I could see how it could be helpful for this or my allergies that I suffer from ALL THE TIME

On the two week appointment schedule. Next one is this coming Friday. Meeting the last OB (of 3) at the practice / hospital.
Rave - this week or next is my last at work. I bartend / waitress, so its been getting tougher and tougher to be bustling around on my feet, bending over constantly to get drinks out of fridges, etc.
Rant - this of course means I won't be making any money

Snoopy! And friends. The whole Peanuts gang. But specifically Snoopy and Woodstock.
Its kind of hard for me to pick one character I dislike, pretty much every character meant for young kids now drives me crazy. I'm in for a rough go of this scenario. I guess if I had to choose one, it would be Spongebob Squarepants. That theme song, ugh.
5. My next appointment is tomorrow, and then they turn weekly. I need to come up with a list of questions to bring with me, since I always forget what I wanted to ask when I'm in the room.
QOTW: I loved Calvin and Hobbes, along with the obscure comic strip Alan Ford (a sarcastic series about a group of secret agents operating out of a NY flower shop). I hope my kid doesn't grow up to love violent video games (although video games as such would be fine)...

Another appt this week for me since I am an every 2 week. They just come way too quickly this way.
Rave: Will start the remodel of a boys' room this week. Excited to dig into a project. Made a stack of burp cloths this past week. Got me itching to sew so I will get some projects planned this week. Will be totally finished with school with my children early this week...YES!!!! Summer vacation!!!!
Rant: starting the boys' room will mean lots of work! I am sure I will be hating myself before its done! Tailbone area has been bothering me the past couple days. If I push on it baby squirms so it must be the way he is leaning on it.

I don't really remember any fave characters. There were so fewer kids shows back then. All my children have liked varying characters, seems no two have really latched on to the same ones. My current youngest is in love with Goofy. She loves minnie and mickey too but Goofy is her fave. I had one that was elmo crazy. My oldest was nuts for Bob the Builder. My kids are never interested in watching tv until they are 3 or older, really, so they don't really get their love of characters from tv. Its from toys or, like my littlest, Disney visits, etc.

4. I'm feeling really crappy and so ready to have this kid out of my belly and in my arms.
5. Rave: baby is healthy and yay I'm full term!
Rant: I'm in pain and on bedrest and just found out baby is breech. I'm so over all of this.
Upcoming chiropractor and acupuncture appointments Mon and Tues to try to turn baby, follow up u/s Tuesday to see if he turned, if not, version scheduled for Thurs.

Two kids. DS is 6. DD is 2. And a big dog.
Feeling better lately actually. I'm still tired and my sciatic pain is still sucky but all that really low abdominal pain has gotten much better. Not sure why. Maybe I just strained something.
Next appt is Wednesday. I'll be 35 wks exactly. Ultrasound to confirm whether or not he's breech. Then my regular OB appt. Rant- I wish I could afford a maid! Or hubby would clean more. I'm whipped and overwhelmed by my constantly messy house! Rave- I did get all the baby clothes washed and put away this weekend. Looking forward to my shower next weekend.
Hmm. Characters. My mom tells me that I was in love with Sesame Street and Spider-Man. Lol. I'm not sure of any that creep me out but I'm not a huge fan of Cailou or Barney. Lol my kids both love CAilou and that kid just drives me nuts!

Hmmmm I do remember random cartoons I loved: Gummy Bears, Smurfs, He-man (lol), otherwise Disney everything
Can't think of what I hated but have always thought my kids better not like Barny! Thank God he is not really popular anymore!

Fav from childhood would have to be The Lord of the Rings characters. I read the trilogy when I was in elementary school. I also love live the movies.
Not a huge fan of Freddy and Michael Myers etc. hoping lived one doesn't like slasher flms.

Going to weekly appointments now. At today's appt LO seemed to be in perfect position. Such a relief - praying he stays there!

We are looking at an induction around 39 ish weeks due to bp if all continues to hold steady. No date set but I'm freaking out that it could be in as little as 2 weeks!!!
I've hit the "I'm going to pg forever.......I'm never going to have this baby....." Stage. Irrational I know. But there you have it.

4. How are you feeling? Any recommendations for dealing with MS, aches, pains, etc? Feeling good but still low energy, starting to feel kicks! DS has been taking a swimming class on the weekends and as a result takes extra LONG naps which means mommy is getting some naps in too!
5. Upcoming appointments or milestones? Rants or raves? Anatomy scan coming up in a week and 1/2.. so excited to see our gal! I think I have to accept my that I have limitations now, had to take a quick overnight trip for a funeral this week and lugging a carry on around the city and up and down stairs was really really difficult, hard to admit you can't do the stuff you used to be able to do. Also, people on the subway please note, I'm not just fat there's a baby in there, would it kill you to give up your seat instead of just staring at my stomach awkwardly for 20 minutes!

4. How are you feeling? Any recommendations for dealing with MS, aches, pains, etc? Feeling pretty good. Peeling a lot and still a bit fatigued.
5. Upcoming appointments or milestones? Rants or raves? We got our genetic testing results back this week and everything was negative! I have an apt with a high risk doctor on Monday because I'm ANA positive. I'm on an aspirin regimen right now to prevent clotting.
