Anti-aging overnight creams and Vitamin C serums that are pregnancy safe

Hello ladies!  After the great advice you all gave about where to find non-frumpy and formal enough maternity work clothes I'm back to ask about some beauty supplies.  About a year pre-pregnancy I (finally) got into a good routine of going to a dermatologist and generally paying attention to my skin care routine. 

However, the overnight antiwrinkle cream and morning vitamin C serum I used and swear by are in the iffy category for safeness during pregnancy (not definitely bad but "not yet tested" or "uknown").  I don't want to chance anything but also don't want to completely give up these good habits I've formed unless I absolutely need to for the little baby bean I'm growing. 

Does anyone have any recommendations for pregnancy safe anti-wrinkle or vitamin C serums?

As always, thank you for the advice.  I so appreciate the collective wisdom.

    I've just heard to stay away from retinol.

    Yes, do stay away from any prescriptive's and any retinal-based products. I work as a sales director and skin care specialist and distribute multiple European skincare brands . Although our products are sold exclusively and spas, meaning that they are excellent quality with advanced technology none are prescript divorce and all are safe on pregnant women.there is more concerned when we are talking about advanced facial treatments or body treatments however with over-the-counter skin care products you're fine with pretty much anything. If you're concerned with products being specifically organic that's your preference and those products are out there as well but if you're looking for performance and results there are 1 million beautiful brands that are non-organic and are not filled with chemicals and fillers. I will go to couple of spots near you and ask the experts.
