Kinda went off on baby daddy tonight

idk if it's hormones or I'm just under too much stress but it's probably a mix of the two.
My DS is 4 and diabetic I am the only one providing his care while also caring for my sick elderly father in law who has numerous appointments sense his surgeries. My sons been acting up lately except for today so I rewarded him with sugar free candy and his dad flipped his lid on me saying I'm gonna kill him. Not that I remember now but I know I said things I probably shouldn't have and now I don't know why we're not talking lol I think I will cry myself to sleep tonight
