Mine were really bad around 5 weeks and then mostly went away but today it was debilitating. I luckily was able to lay down and take some Tylenol which didn't seems to help. It didn't lift for about 6 hours and it def made my nausea much worse... I don't have much advice but I can def say I feel your pain! Hope they die down soon!
I have had a few with this LO and had them most of my first pregnancy. I use Tylenol as often as I can. One dose doesn't do much but it helps if you keep taking it. I increased my water, made sure I was still getting caffeine(not too much of course) and I always put an ice pack on the sharpest part of the headache. Sometimes a cool cloth on the neck helps too! Hopefully it's an early pregnancy thing and it'll go away with the rest of the 1st trimester mess!! Hope this helps!
I generally have horrible migraines caused by hormones. My OB and my headache doc both said it can go either way with pregnancy. You'll either get a ton of migraines, no migraines, or it'll stay the same. So far I'm on the no migraine side of it, but there really aren't any save migraine prescriptions you can take during pregnancy I hope you get some relief. Some caffeine can help, along with cold rags and dark rooms.
The last two days I've had lingering headaches but nothing I would qualify as a migraine. Definitely annoying but not too bad. I hope you find some relief!
Thanks Ladies for your responses, I didn't realize it was a pregnancy thing. They have gotten better as I had a little caffeine and rest for a few days.
