Placenta accreta

Hey all! I am 30 weeks, due July 5th. Doctor said after the last ultrasound that he suspected placenta accreta and I would go on Friday to confirm with a high risk doctor. They also said I was only measuring 28 weeks vs 30. I'm really freaking out. Anyone else had this? What should I suspect?

    Hi! My aunt is an ultrasound technician and my dr also told me that she suspects I might have it, but my aunt explained that there's no real way to know untill delivery, not even with an MRI the diagnose is 100% sure. The sad thing is that it you have it they might need to remove your uterus, but maybe not ... Also, she told me that what she's seen is that almost every time they say that you definitely have it it turns out that you don't! And those times when they know for sure is when the placenta can be seen coming out of the uterus, but that has another name ... Don't stress about it because you won't know for sure until you're actually there, my dr says is better to have a c-section but I'm not doing it because the chances are 50/50 so she gave me the option to add (and pay) for an extra surgeon who will be there ready in case I do need to have surgery right after birth, but I'm still delivering vaginally.
