I just knew I was right!

I've never liked to refer to living things as "it". (Okay, animals. I do call my lemon tree 'it' but most plants have both sex parts anyways.) So around week 6 I started referring to my baby as a 'she'. "I don't think she likes instant coffee." "I think I felt her move today." And everyone besides my husband would give me flack for it. She? You mean he, right? Your baby is a boy. Then they'd go off and list all the reasons why my baby just had to be a boy. We had our anatomy scan today and I'm on:

TEAM PINK!

Like I suspected all along... :P

    Congratulations! I had the same exact thing happen to me. Always knew I was having a girl, despite everyone telling me they were sure my baby was a boy! :)

    Congrats on baby girl! The same thing happened with us but in reverse lol. We referred to baby as a he mainly because that's what my SO thought he was (I honestly didn't have an intuition either way) and everyone kept saying it was a girl. Nope, he's a him!

    I was the same! I told everyone at 6wks that I had a feeling she was a girl! Mommy's intuition....

    Same for me! I knew it was a girl very early on (even though we both secretly wanted a boy!)

    We went to our NT ultrasound and I wasn't even anxious to find out because somehow I already knew. Some women say it's just chance, but somehow it was right for me! It's a girl!

    @WDDCH Did you have a feeling about the sex with any of your kids other than this one? And were you right? I'm always curious about that!

    That's awesome!! I'm finding out next week! I think it's a girl but most of the time I refer to it as "he"... So where does that leave me?

    Congrats! I had that same feelings from the beginning and then I did all the old wives tales and ultrasound things and got all confused and then just decided that I didn't care boy/girl!!.

    Congrats!!!!

    When I saw the positive pregnant test, I KNEW it was a boy. I was telling my husband all the time and he just thought I was making stuff up.

    I wonder if I earned any credibility points by actually having boy parts show up on our ultrasound... :-?
