Left Side Numbness

Has anyone else been getting very targeting numbness in extremities? I get it in the pads of my little 3 fingers, underneath my arm from above elbow to just below it and sometimes through the left and bottom of my foot; it's also quite frequently paired with dizziness or weakness. I know a lot of things can cause this (anemia, anxiety, etc.) and I'm in contact with my doc about reasons, I was just wondering if any other mamas have been getting this since pregnancy. Anyone have tricks to try and wake the limbs up?

    I had been having arm tingling and pain, I was told it's carpel tunnel. I'd recommend asking your obgyn, just in case it's not like mine.

    I have a lot of limb numbness in my arms/shoulders/ hands. My in attributed to Carpel tunnel, I am seeing a massage & physical therapist to help with it. Talk to your doctor.
