why people do not read the instructions/inserts that come with their box of OPKs, HPTs, pregnancy tests, pre-seed, pre-natal vitamins etc etc etc...
That insert is in the box because it tells you exactly how to use said product. People in cubicles spend hours and hours writing that stuff and getting it approved. I work in the consumer healthcare product biz. A lot of work goes into that crap. Read it. It is a lot more reliable than a post at 10:30 pm on a msg board.
I wonder if these same people google how to make Macaroni and Cheese rather than just reading the box.
Re: I do not understand..
Not at you specifically. Vent in general. 9 out of 10 questions on here labeled "OPK ????", "HPT ???", or "Preseed ???" could be answered by reading the insert. Sorry it didnt tell you what time to pee.

There is no specific TIME to take the test. The directions aren't going to say "Test at 4:36pm EST" Had you have read everything MULTIPLE times, you will have read under the FAQ that you can test at any time of day, so long as you are consistent and hold your urine for 4 hours with out drinking much.
PS I posted the link to the directions for you in your OP
I don't think my questions came across correctly earlier and I apologize. All I had wanted to know was whether using an opk in the morning was as effective as using one in the afternoon/evening. I was not looking for a specific time from you folks, lol......just some personal experiences and recommendations from those who have used them before. Sorry to bother you guys.
