Re: I thought I was tough

  • In all fairness, I have done labor and leg cramps. I can't remember what labor pains feel like, but the leg cramps.....oh em gee. Awful.
  • Loading the player...
  • I remember the nasty foot cramps from first pregnancy- but wow this calf cramp was a whole new level of ouch
  • Calf cramps are killer. I get them almost every morning. Like another poster said.... Omg
  • @shannonota that's awful. How do u cope with that almost every day??
  • I just stretch my foot towards the ceiling and it goes away almost instantly. I've mentioned it to my ob because I drink enough water to make a fish look bad and have plenty of potassium. She just said it's one of those things....oh the joys :-)
  • Oh my goodness I was having these every night for about ten weeks. It has started to go away now but they suck! I jump up right away and stand. Oddly enough it works. As soon as I put the pressure on my foot my calf starts to get better.

This. If I stretch they are gone almost immediately
  • If I stretch they get worse! Thankfully I don't get them very often
