severe pregnancy brain

I am 17.4 weeks pregnant and I feel like I am loosing my mind. I can't remember little things that I need to and walk into a room and it takes me a couple seconds to figure out why I walked in there. someone please tell me I'm not loosing my mind.

    I'm 17weeks 5days and soooo forgetful! Yesterday I drove passed the road I take to pick up my daughter.. Oops! I also can't talk. I jumble words up or just flat out cant think of the word. The other day I told my boyfriend, Don't judge a cover by it's book!"
    He thinks it's hilarious I can't talk.

    I needed to brush my hair and clean my ears. So I grabbed the cotton swabs to brush my hair and the brush to clean my ears.. Yeah that was an interesting day. I'm almost 17 weeks. :-O

    I seriously can't talk either!!! my hubby looks at me like I'm crazy and just laughs at me. lol! I mix up my sentences and can't find the right words!

    I scheduled an U/S. I asked if they were open Memorial Day but they weren't so I scheduled for that Tuesday... I ended up having to go back up shamefully because I booked a Tuesday appointment under a Monday schedule... Issue there since I can't be two places at once. Thankfully she was so nice about it and completely understood and just reassured me it was just me being pregnant. I'm meticulous about scheduling so that was particularly embarrassing for me. I also tend to not be able to find the big gigantic items right in front of my face and instead search the entire apartment instead...

    I misplace things. Or try to put them in the wrong place. I keep catching myself trying to put the milk in the pantry

    Serious case of pregnancy brain over here. I'm a federal agent and when I got to an appointment on the far side of town I leaned over to pick up my badge and paperwork. Left it all at home. Thank goodness the guy was understanding. I was so embarrassed!

    I've lost both of my debit cards... found 1... then promptly lost it again. Still haven't found the first. So I went to report a lost card and reported the wrong card lost. So now the only card I actually have doesn't work. Go figure. 14wk 5 days

    I had my first food comma/pregnancy brain encounter and the waitress came and asked how the food was..I looked at her with a confused look and said.."Ohhh...I'm sorry what was the question" and he other day I took a cup of water and poured the excess water in the trash an and threw the cup in the sink and looked at what I did and thought Ohhh mannn the pregnancy brain stage has begun lol

    Mine's more clumsiness.. I was reaching for a pillow at Bouclair Home today that was right next to an $80 vase, and I literally just watched the vase fly off the shelf.. For some reason I didn't even try to catch it and it dropped and shattered all over the floor!!!! Thankfully they didn't make me pay for it but oh my gosh! :(

    Yesterday I failed my first attempt at the series 65 exam. Which is embarrassing and I have absolutely no excuse since I'm an attorney and passed the bar exam the first time (arguably a much harder exam). I'm beating myself up and hitting the books some more, but my sweet husband tells me I should blame it on having pregnancy brain.

    I called my dad today to ask where we should take my litter sister out to dinner (shes coming home from 3 months studying aboar!d) he responded by I don't know we should as her. For which I said "what are you talking about, did you call me?" In the 1 minute I had called and asked him a question I had completely forgotten that I called him and why!

    I find that I keep forgetting what I'm in the middle of doing at work- and I seem to be really distracted lately. It's like work work work...oh squirrel..work work...sh*t what was I doing??
