  Take an Iburprofen about an hour before. It will help. And bring a pantiliner because you might spot a little that day. FX for good results.

  It was a little painful but over quick. They walked me through the whole thing which I was happy about. I did find out everything is normal and my tubes are open so we are gonna keep trying! I'm still having a little cramping and spotting but not too bad.
