Has anyone ever done it? Did it help with postpartum? What do you think about it?

    Hey darling there have been threads on this before good info search for it ! But from my understanding its smtn to look into helps w milk production and postpartum ...I'd like to meet someone who's taken them and kinda pick their brain ...mix reviews some women have had adverse effects.
