1st trimester breakouts

anyone know of a good remedy for breakouts? My face is breaking out like crazy when I never had issues before :( help! I work in a professional environment and so embarrassed!

    Same thing is happening to me....I never break out and all the sudden my face looks like a 16 year old...and that was basicly what made me think I was pregnant and sure enough! Damn hormones! I just been putting warm wash clothes on my face and trying hard to not touch my face and wash it with warm water. I know you cant use some creams on your face cuz its not safe for baby...but I have found the spoiled mommy web page that has a lot of beauty products that are safe to use..they have stuff for your face...I haven't ordered it but I might be next week if my face doesn't clear up
