My hubby just got a hold of an exercise ball. I'm currently 39+2. I know my hospital has them to help progress labor and Dr. Google says that it can encourage labor by moving the baby down to place pressure on the cervix and help dilation and effacement.
Do any of you mom's have any personal experience with a ball actually jump starting your labor? Or are they really most effective once labor begins? I'm going to bounce and roll and regardless cause I think it will help with my back pain (at least I hope so!)
