Nanny Rates in Western Suburbs?

First time mom-to-be and I am wondering what rates are like for a full-time or even part-time nanny in the Western Suburbs.  Any advice and/or tips are appreciated.  Thanks.

    We pay our nanny $550 a week. We probably should have paid more to get a better quality nanny, ours isn't the best.

    If you look on care.com, you can see what nannies charge, their experience, etc.  I believe it is between $10 - $20/hr.

    Franco Paul born 6/4/15 at 39 weeks.  Mila Francesca born 10/19/13 at 37 weeks.  Both born via C-Section after 6 years of fertility treatments, disappointments and losses. Love them!!
