OMG I can't imagine going to 45-46 weeks! Talk about torture!! I'm thinking your O date would have had to have been off...

My midwife told me to be prepared for it to come anytime between 36-42 weeks. In reality it could come at anytime

How far after your due date your health care provider will let you go is different from person to person. It can change by their opinion, your condition/ your babies or where you are located. Generally speaking though most wont let you go much past 42 weeks.
