Spelling and middle name help!

I've finally picked a name that feels right. Even though my other choice I LOVE, but didn't feel right for him.
There's 3 different spelling variants.
Help me choose!

Second part is his middle name some suggestions please!!

Agree with PPs, I prefer Mateo as the spelling of the first name. Especially with last name Sanchez.

Maybe a family name for the middle name? That's the convention we follow: pick a name we like for the first name and a family name for the middle name.
