DH/SO I'm being mean, have you?

ok so here I am lying in bed with my S/O, he's having a good old snore while madam is having a party in my stomach and he is none the wiser. Well tonight I've managed to push my bump right up to his back and she's been going crazy giving him a good kicking :-D it has woken him but bless him he hasn't said a word as I've pretended to be asleep, I feel slightly guilty now for waking him but it was fun.
Any one else had any fun with there DH/SO

  • Lol I try to do this all the time! It never works.

  • I did this last night :) He was snoring a little, so I turned and pressed her up against his back. She woke her daddy right up and he was so amazed with how strong she is.
  • Something similar happened with my hubby, except I was asleep and he was awake and my belly was touching his and little man was going crazy and then I rolled over to my other side. The next morning the first thing hubby said to me was that I was rude.... I was so confused and then felt bad when he explained. He was really enjoying feeling him move. He said his belly was more sensitive to the movement and he could feel him better. It was adorable
  • It's so hard to share those fun moments of movement with our SO, eh?

My husband was cuddling today with his head on the side of my belly and our son kept kicking him in the face! He was more concerned because he was so active he was worried something was wrong LOL

I will admit, seeing my husband snore away while I battle nightly bathroom trips, aches, pains, and insomnia really makes me a little jealous. Sometimes when getting up at night I *may* be a little more fidgety than I should be ;) he never seems to mind though. I'd say I'm pretty lucky, though I am Uber jealous that he can sleep through practically everything lol
  • Laying hereally going through the exact same lol. I think I'm just nervous that my induction is in 4 days. :-/

My husband won't let me get within arms length of him and makes all kinds of disgusted faces when I want him to feel my belly! I think he's in denial!
  • I try to annoy that man but he thinks every attempt to give him a hard time is adorable. I just can't win. lol

Sometimes when the ninja princess is karate chopping the bejesus out of my uterus I snuggle up next to him so he can feel her. He just smiles and cuddles me closer while I lay awake wishing I could just ignore the flips and kicks and go to sleep.
  • I kept him up all night one night last month when he Saud he doesn't understand how her little kicks keeps me up all night! So I made sure he felt every one of her little kicks! He apologized in the morning and never complained about my tossing and turning again!
  • I totally try to do that and it never works. My preschooler has felt the baby kick a bunch of times but every time my H lays a hand on my tummy, he instantly falls quiet.

I need to remember this for after birth.
