Weird cramping?

I'm currently 37 weeks and having weird cramping that feels like it's right where my leg joints meet my lower andomen. Anyone else feel this? Very hard to explain! Having some lower back pain and mild contractions also.

    I haven't had contractions but I've been having cramping the last couple days in that exact spot as well

    I've had the cramping in the same spot with contractions. Very uncomfortable but no idea what it is or means.

    I have been having them for days now, they come and go. I called the hospital and the nurse said its just my body warming up, but as long as the pain is bearable it's not labor yet.
