Anyone else gone through this?

I'm 35 weeks and 5 days.. And I keep on feeling baby is coming soon but I just don't know when to go to the hospital or when the real thing is.. Hubby keeps on telling me it's just me being anxious(it might be) but i just feel like I'm going into labor every day.. Some of this might be tmi so just bare with me.. I've been feeling more tired than normal and I have this pressure on my lower back like if I had to go to the bathroom it stays there even after I go.. I've been having more than usual vowel movements & I've been feeling nauseous and with a lot of heartburn.. I also feel pain in my belly sometimes but not like cramps more like hit in the guts type.. Also I've been have ALOT of discharge lately and I'm not sure if is normal or not so I just wanted to see if any of you are going through something like this or if it's just me being paranoid.. Are this early signs or labor or is it just normal third trimester symptoms??..

Prelabor most likely. I've had two "bloody shows" over the course of a week and a half combined with cramping, mucusy discharge, diarrhea, etc. but baby is still hanging tight. If contractions come regularly, become increasingly more painful and radiate from your back to your belly, or your water breaks...contact a doctor. Right now, just hang tight! Baby will come soon

I pretty much feel the exact same way. Unfortunately ... This is my second and I am sure it isn't time yet. When the real thing happens u know. It is unmistakeable. Hang In there.
