When you do weeks you do the weeks when you do months you use the date so im due on the 26th. Im 18 weeks today and tomorrow I will officially be 4 complete months starting my 5th month.
So you are four full months pregnant and in two days youll be four months and a day and technically that puts you into the 5th month but youre not yet 5 full months... hope that makes more sense
Thank you! That's how I looked at it. When someone asks me "how many months are you?" I would imagine I say "I'm in my 5th month" and not go on explaining that I just finished my 4th and am starting my 5th but my 5th month isnt completed yet so I'm not technically 5 full months lol
...I've just been saying I'm 4 and a half months, haha. I'm 18 weeks as of yesterday.

I'm 21 weeks, 22 on Wednesday and I've been saying 4 months. To me you are 9 months pregnant on your due date. I figure I'll be 5 months on May 2nd, 6 months on June 2nd etc. Otherwise it sounds like you are much further along than you really are.
Ehhhh...I just say "I'm due the first week of September" or I've gone by every four weeks I consider a month (28 days) so at 16 weeks I said "four months" at 20 weeks I said "five months." I really like the chart @adtaylor2015 posted though, saying "I'm in my ___ month" sounds pretty full proof.
