Constant dull ache in belly and lower back

last night I couldn't sleep because of a constant dull ache in my uterus. I saw the slightest bit of brown blood on the TP when I went to the bathroom, but no real bleeding. This morning, the ache is still there. Anyone else experience this? This is my second pregnancy and didn't feel this with my daughter.

    Yes I have! It's sciatic pain! We have a sciatic nerve and there is no treatment for it with Obgyn you would have to see chriorpractor! I bleed very little brown of corse and I had a subcronical bleed which isn't a big deal when it's small! As long as you are not experience period like symptoms and no bright red blood! (New) you should be fine!
