How to put ticker in signature line

I know how to make a ticker, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it into the bottom of my posts. Help?!

You've gotta do it on your computer and not the app. After you've made it, choose the HTML version if the ticker. When you're in the message board go to the preferences at the top right. Then go to sig prefs. Then click the < > symbol to open the HTML editor. Paste your link there. Click the < > symbol again to see if it looks right. Should show the ticker and not only the link you pasted. If it looks good click Save!

Hope this works and I haven't left out any steps.
