Best sports bra for BFs?!

I'm 12 wks pp and have been back to my old physical activity, including running and hi impact sports. However, none of my sports bras seem to work well with my nursing boobs anymore! Generally, not supportive enough and I'm scared of causing plugged duct by going super tight. Any exercisers/runners out there willing to share a brand/style they love??

I always just use my normal sports bras for running. Is nurse before I left so I wasn't engorged. I've heard of people doubling up though.

I agree with using your old ones. I tried buying new ones in my bigger size and I hated them. I just ran a half marathon in my pre pregnancy ones while still nursing twins. I often do put a second one on top. I also always either nurse or pump right before I go.

Title Nine makes a very supportive sports bra with velcro-adjustable shoulder straps which can be opened like a nursing bra. I bought a couple a few years ago called the 4-reasons bra. Then they came out with a newer model called the 5-reasons bra. Who knows what number they're up to now! But yeah, I love mine for workouts, and will be buying new ones, once my supply works itself out and I know my new size. (LO not even 2 weeks old yet)

I JUST went to buy replacement nursing sports bras and saw that the bra I posted about earlier doesn't come in the size I need. I ended up finding the brand Cake, which makes s nursing sports bra. It jsut came yesterday and fits great, feels very secure.
