Nearing labor?? *mild tmi*

So I am 38 weeks today. Haven't had bh or lost my plug but since I have been at work tonight I have been in the restroom 3 times or so and had bowel movements. It hasn't been diahreaha but not the normal either. And it has been like urgent have to go now with pressure on my stomach. I feel ok other than that but I knew that diahreaha could be a sign labor is coming but I am not sure if this qualifies or not. I have had some pressure in my abdomen but I don't know if it is from the bm or if it is from baby getting ready. Any one else experience this or have any advice?

    I've been researching this all day and asked my Dr about it at my appointment this morning. What I was told and read was that our bodies are trying to basically clean themselves out to allow more space for baby to push through.

    It should be nothing to worry about, but if you're really concerned just verify with your doctor. :) But yeah...same thing is happening to me. I've went 3 times and felt the need to go even more than that lol.

    I'm 38+4 today and had an internal yesterday. I'm 3 cm dilated and 70% effaced. My doctor said that within the week baby will be here. I've been having more frequent BM and a lot of pressure very low. The doctor also told me that baby is right there She could feel the baby's head when she did the cervical. I also lost my plug last night. All signs are pointing to labor in the next few days, just waiting for labor to start.

    I've been having the urgent runs approx 3 times a day since Monday. It's starting to frustrate me, I want contractions too! Lol
