Just Curious....is anyone NOT tired/exhausted?

I imagine that fatigue is a symptom that EVERYONE has, but I'm just curious if there is someone who isn't tired?  And I mean, pregnant tired, not just generally tired.  I find that I'm tired when I finally sit down and wind down, but if I'm up and about and doing my work and activities, I'm really not that tired.

Re: Just Curious....is anyone NOT tired/exhausted?

  • The fatigue I remember from h first pregnancy hasn't hit me yet. With my first I wanted to nap all day every day. I'm tired and get out of breath easily but haven't felt that true pregnancy fatigue yet. Enjoying that while it lasts because I have a 1 year old and I nanny 4 boys. Haha this is gonna get interesting...

  • I remember being more tired with my first too, but I think it was because I COULD nap.  Now, working two jobs and raising a 2 YO, I really don't have time to nap.  I'm pooped when I sit down at night when my DS goes to bed.
  • This is my second pregnancy, just found out today, I am 4 weeks 2 days. This time with my first (3 and a half years ago) I had already known for a week that I was pregnant, had already been to my first appointment, and I was literally falling asleep sitting up. This time around i've had no symptoms aside from my boobs feeling huge and heavy. They ache the tiniest bit but other then that I have nothing, I am completely fine and I seriously thought the tests (i took 2 lol) were gunna be negative, the only reason I tested is cause I am NEVER late. Congrats on expecting and not being exhausted. Its fabulous to have the energy for now cause I am sure it wont last forever!!

I'm so so so exhausted. I'm just now getting my energy back.
  • I never take naps ever. But the past two weeks I cannot make it through the day without a nap. Good thing I have two boys who will nap with mama. The fatigue is unreal this time.

Mom to Cam and Al, now expecting baby number 3, August 2016. Praying for lots of sticky baby dust!
  • I didn't get pregnancy tired until yesterday (7.5 weeks). Before that I was just regular tired.
  • I haven't had it every day, but there have been a couple of days in the past two weeks that I took a nap in the middle of the day because I fell asleep on the couch. I don't usually nap. The fatigue I felt with my first hasn't hit yet. It was almost every day.

  • I'm not really that tired either. First pregnancy and I'm 7 weeks. I feel pretty normal!
  • I haven't had the kind of fatigue people talk about with the first trimester. I have been going to bed aroun 8:00 but during the day I feel pretty good. Certainly not the energy to run a marathon but I don't need to nap or anything like that :)
  • I havent been tored of had morning sickness
  • Eh, sometimes I go at least an hour or two without being tired. Does that count? :)  Last Friday night I got off work early to come home and take a 3 hour nap so that when my fiance got home I could actually stay awake past 10pm.

  • So far I've been pretty lucky - sleeping well and good energy through the day. I've had about 2 or 3 days where I napped for an hour or two but that's it. I'm 7w6d today and this is my first pregnancy so I have nothing to compare!
  • Roughly five weeks and I feel a constant tiredness that's practically lulling me through my afternoons, warmer days hit me harder, but it goes up and down so by the end of the day I'm acting like a fussy toddler ready for bed. At the moment it hasn't affected life too much for me.
  • The tiredness I felt with my first hasn't hit me yet. Neither has the endless vomiting. So far just feel tired here and there and queasy from time to time. I'm really hoping this lasts but I'm only 5w4d so it may only be a matter of time before I get b***hslapped by first trimester symptoms.
  • Tired YES......time to nap, NO!
  • Yeah I haven't really had any symptoms - no sickness, fatigue or anything like that - just insanely bloated and sore breasts. I was worried we weren't going to see anything on the U/S but baby looked great today!! :-D DD confirmed Dec 1!

  • Not pregnancy tired yet...in fact, I think the pregnancy hormones are actually making me feel BETTER than before. At least so far. Hopefully that lasts a while!

5w3d and I've not experienced the fatigue that I've been hearing of. I'm hoping I never do!
  • Just a little tiredness here and there but nothing major. I'm 5 weeks though, so it could be coming!

  • I am so freaking tired..everyday...all day! DH has commented that lately all I want to do is sleep! Ya think? lol.
  • I feel pretty normal. I only have sore boobs after waking up or taking off my bra but other than that everyday has just been a normal day
  • 6+5 and strangely enough feeling more energetic that before BFP! Fx that it stays this way :)
  • I haven't really been tired. I have plenty of energy to do the things I need and want to do. I even took our 5 month old puppy to the dog park last night by myself because I was restless. I just started to feel woozy this morning though, so it may not be for too much longer. lols

  • I feel pretty normal myself.  the only reason I can tell I'm pregnant is that my HR is superhigh when I run/spin and workout.
  • I've never been so exhausted in my life!
  • This is my first and I'm 5w 4d. Was supppper tired week 4 when I found out but ever since I've been totally normal. No fatigue. No sore boobs. Little cramping.
  • Am 8 weeks today and my exhaustion/fatigue really didn't hit until 6.5/7 weeks! I love naps :)
  • I'm 6 weeks and 5 days. Feel tired all the time and for some reason I feel sad in the mornings. I hope this doesn't last throughout the whole pregnancy.
  • I am tired all day.. everyday.. I have a slight backache and sleep all the time..
