Today was my due date

After a positive home pregnancy test at the end of August last summer, confirmed by a visit to my OB/GYN, my husband and I were surprised but excited to start planning the next phase of our life together. I told my family on my birthday, August 23rd, and then flew out of town three days later for a business trip. Cramping and bleeding started the night before I left, and intensified that morning on the plane. I ended up spending 4 hours in the ER in an unfamiliar city, trying to hide my reason for disappearing for hours from colleagues I didn't know well. I was alone as the doctor told me the news. Today at least I am home and can mourn the loss with my husband by my side.
me 30; DH 35
TTC since May 2014.
Aug 2014 BFP, EDD April 22, 2015. Low progesterone, started suppositories. Loss at 5w6d.
Nov 19, 2015 BFP at 13 dpo, EDD July 29, 2016. MMC discovered 12/29 (9+4). Natural miscarriage 1/16 (12+1).
AMH results 0.42, 1.2; FSH 12.1, AFC 10, dx DOR. 
RPL testing results normal. Nurse recommended progesterone suppositories in TWW.
Clomid + trigger + TI cycle August 2016 - failed. Thin lining.
Femara + trigger + TI cycle December 2016 - failed. Thin lining.
Short LP (8 days).
Acupuncture & Chinese herbs starting January 2017, lengthened LP to 10 days

    I'm so sorry for your loss and that you had to go through it alone. My husband didn't come with me to the 12 week appointment where I found out the baby wasn't with us anymore. I wasn't having an U/S done so I figured it would be okay to skip it. Boy was I wrong. The phone call I made to tell him was the hardest call I have ever made.
    BFP 2/11/15 (EDD 10/13/15). MMC 3/30/15 D&C 4/3/15 "We will always love you"
    DD1 - BFP 7/23/15 (EDD 3/31/16).  "We believe in you rainbow" DOB 4/2/16
    DD2 - BFP 2/9/18 (EDD 10/19/18).  "Grow baby grow!" DOB 10/24/18
    BFP 11/16/20 (EDD 7/31/21).  "Round 3 FIGHT!"

    Sorry for your loss. I'm sure it will be a difficult day for you. At least you have your husband with you though.

    Wow that must of been so hard I'm so sorry for your loss too. I'm glad you have your husband today, it makes an exceptionally hard/emotional day that little bit better.
    @bntfroggie I found the call to my mom hard, can only imagine what that call was like for you. Such a traumatic thing to happen especially when you're on your own. X

    My husband didn't come to the first two ultrasounds. Since he would have to leave work to come, he was waiting until there was really something to see. I took my mom, though, which probably ended up being better. Nobody comforts like a mom. I'm sorry you were alone in a strange place, @AL_TwinCities. And I'm sorry this is a tough day for you. xo

    BFP 2/19/15  •  MMC found at 9 wks  •  D&E at 11 wks (age 36)
    BFP 8/29/15      •  CP (age 37)
    BFP 11/18/15  •  DD born at 41 weeks <3(age 37/38)

    TTC#2 since May 2017
    BFP 10/18/17  •  MMC found at 8 wks  •  Misoprostal at 10.5 wks (age 39)
    BFP 2/16/18      •  CP (age 39)
    BFP 4/13/18      •  CP (age 39)
    BFP 5/07/18  •  MMC found at 10.5 wks  •  D&E at 11.5 wks      •  Testing showed it was a girl with Trisomy 22. (age 39/40)
    9/5/18 Diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve (4-5 follicles, one ovary had none and was very atrophied)
    RE says the low egg count is likely causing my recurrent pregnancy loss. Less eggs results in more aneuploidy.
    BFP 9/24/18  •      CP (age 40)
    BFP 5/11/19  •  Fraternal twins  •  MMC found at 10w5d (Baby A 6w, Baby B 10w)  •  Misoprostal at 11 weeks (age 41)
