My parents are Mammaw and Pawpaw, husbands mom is GaGa, step dad is Paw, and Dad is other Pawpaw. ( don't think that's how paw is spelled but that's how it sounds)
all grandparents are grandma____ and grandpa_____. my DD can't say nancy yet so it comes out Grama Antsy and grampa joe. However before DD was born, MIL started insisting on being called nanna, I said no, just plain no. I felt bad, but I knew I wouldn't remember to do it and she only comes to visit two to three times a year (she lives very far out of state) so she wouldn't be here to help reinforce it. She was worried that DD would be confused as to who is who. So far DD has never been confused about which grandparent is which.
We let everyone choose. My in-laws are pops and Tawny. My mom is Gigi, and my dad is Sparky (we're pretty sure he chose that just to annoy my mom, but it stuck). My grandparents also live close and they are grandma great and papa. That's why no one chose Grandma, they felt it was taken
My mom is Grandma and my MIL is Oma, she's German. My FIL passed away and my dad isn't in the picture so I don't have names for them. Off note, my neighbor felt she was too young to be Grandma so she's Mimi to her granddaughter :-)
All Grandparents will be Grandma (followed by first name) and Pappy (followed by their first name). This is how I grew up and I personally can't imagine having different titles for 3 sets of grandparents.
My mom and stepdad are Nana and Opa, my IL's are Grandma and Grandpa, and my dad is Grandpa Pita (a variation on his last name). My daughter and baby-on-the-way are also lucky enough to have a Great-Nana and Great Grandma!
My inlaws are indian so they'll be nannama and tattaya. My mom is passed but I still plan to refer to her as nana to my kids since that's what I called mine. My stepmom keeps calling my dad (whose name is Randy), grandrand and I hate it. I'll most likely refer to him is pappap. She'll get called Gigi because that's what she goes by as a name (full name is Gabrielle) and because I'm a mean person and don't care to call her anything else.
We have three sets of grandparents, my husband's father and step mother, my husband's mother and step father, and my mother.
We have let them pick what they want to be called as this is our first baby. However, I have pre-warned them kids will come up with whatever they want in reality. Haha.
So far his mother and step father have not decided their preference but I think she will be Nana.
His father and step mother have decided on Pa Pa and Nan. This was loosely based on the fact I call my father in law "my husband's Pa" so the second Pa kind of adds a generation if that makes sense?
My mother has chosen Nanny as that is what her mother was called. My Nanny (my mother's mother) passed away before I was born.
Hope this gives you some ideas! They can get called anything.. My husbands grandfathers are called "Gramps" most of the time which I also think is really cute.
My parents will be Grammy and Avô (pronounced ah-vooh). Avô is grandfather in portuguese... my dad's parents were Avõ (grandmother) and Avô to my sister and I. I'm glad my dad is keeping the tradition. My husband's parents will likely be grandma and grandpa.
My parents are gonna be Mawmaw and Papaw. LO will be their 6th grandchild and that's what they picked with grandkid #1, so they're stuck with it forever most likely.
My in-laws haven't decided yet. FIL says he doesn't feel old enough to be grandpa, so we'll see what he comes up with. DH's grandparents are papaw and grandma, so the in-laws will probably go with something similar.
My grandparents will probably be called exactly what I call them. My dad's parents are Grandma and Grandpa Last Name, and my mom's parents are Mawmaw First Name and Papaw First Name.
My Mother is Mommom, my Dad is Paps, stepmother is Mimi, MIL is Cici and FIL is Rocky (yes after the Disney show Shake It Up, but that's what she started calling them and they didn't care, but she is also the "step" grandchild, so I think they were just pleased that she cares about them enough that she thought they needed names, she probably could have called them Shits and Giggles and they would have been delighted)
My parents are Grammy and Papa (which is what I called my maternal grandparents) and my in laws are Nana and Tata (DS is the 8th grandchild and baby girl will be the 10th, so we just went with what the other kids called them)

My mom is Grammy and dad is grandpa. MIL is grandma. Great-grandma is Nie Nie (what my brother and I called her when we were little). Other great grandparents are grandma and grandpa cabbage.
My mom will be nanna and my dad said he doesn't care what we use for him so he will be grandpa. My in laws will be 'buela and 'buelo (short for abuela and abuelo which is Spanish for grandma and grandpa).
Re: Grandma/pa AKA...
I don't have names for them.
Off note, my neighbor felt she was too young to be Grandma so she's Mimi to her granddaughter :-)
