How do you feed your LO(s)?

Just curious about feeding methods, my friends think I'm nuts because I EBF. No judgement here!

So far, at 3 weeks old, he's had one bottle of breast milk, and the rest of the time, he's on the breast. Trying to build a freezer stash though for if I need to be away for any given amount of time...

At almost 5 weeks old, my daughter has had a bottle once BUT it's my bday Friday and I want to enjoy a bottle of wine so I'm making a stash

At almost 6 weeks I pump exclusively. I have been able to keep up with LO and freeze about 40 bags. Dr says I'm a freak of nature;) baby has gained 2lbs!!

My LO is 6 weeks old today (!!) and when I'm home she is on the breast otherwise she gets a bottle of my milk with dad.

My LO will be 4 weeks tomorrow and has yet to have a bottle. Not sure when I plan on introducing one.

I'm EBF. I've pumped a few small bottles to squirrel away when I get the chance, but he's not had a bottle yet, and won't for quite some time.

There isn't an option for bf/pumping/supplemental formula... That's what I do. I'm trying to wean the formula completely but sometimes I can't get enough extra pumped or we will be gone during a feed (I personally only really feel comfortable bf at home). Since my LO is starting to sleep longer at night I'm feeding on one side and pumping the other... First night I fed him on one side then he spit it all up so fed him what I pumped.

Wow! That sounds like hard work...I was thinking about that for if I decide to go back to work early, and just seemed pretty difficult. That's impressive.

I had a breast reduction 11yrs ago so while I do make milk I have supply issues. I'm b'fing, pumping a few times a day to boost supply and supplementing with formula. I just started a prescription yesterday (Domperidone) that's supposed to boost supply so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I notice a difference!

my LO is 4 weeks, I tried BF but she is never satisfied she gets so angry when I put her to my breast so I started pumping but I hardly have any milk

so i supplement with formula. These days my milk supply is so low I mostly formula feed and feed her the little milk I have whenver she's not full

I have done a mixture of pumped bottles and breastfeeding since the first week. It's worked out great for our family

I pump a few times a day on top of breastfeeding, so I have a huge stash on top of what I feed him. He is 6 weeks old and 11.5 lbs

I mostly breastfeed and try to pump when I can, usually during his naps so I can have a supply for if I go out during the day (hubs works the night shift) or my husband and I go out without him on weekends and we leave him with the in-laws.

He's only 7 weeks though so this hasn't happened too often, I think he's had a bottle a total of 4 times, but I've built up a decent stash for now.

I EBF until 4 weeks, then we started introducing my pumped milk with the bottle. We've only given him a bottle a few times to make sure he'll take it when we actually need to do that. I'm trying to pump once a day to build up a stash, but with his recent growth spurt I'm terrified of pumping and then he surprises me with another feeding! I ended up having to give him what I had just pumped because there wasn't enough left through my breast (which he made sure to let me know by screaming and flailing)! I've found that if I wait an hour before I pump after his last feeding of the day, he usually takes his longest nap then and I get more expressed milk (4oz as opposed to 2oz if I pump immediately after a feeding) and have enough time to replenish before his next feeding. I'm still nervous about pumping on the go when someone else is bottle feeding him so my supply stays intact :-S
