My doctor never told me a specific week number but he knows I workout a lot and told me to make sure to listen to my body and start slowly back into it. I was going for walks around 2 wks after my son and then I ran a 5k about 5 wks after having him. I was very lucky and recovered very well from mine and was able to stay active throughout my pregnancy and I think that helped a ton. I'm hoping it will be the same way with this one as well.
